Droptail in Ns2 Simulation

The links among the nodes are created in network simulator 2 through the utilization of dropping the tail (DropTail) queue. In addition, the TCP agent based communication is performed using droptail along with that the performance of application processes based on file transfer protocol (FTP) and constant bit rate (CBR) are also functioning using droptail.

Create Ns2 Simulation with Droptail

In Ns2 project folder, we have to create the main tcl file along with droptail configuration to transfer the FTP / CBR packets among the nodes.
